Return Policy

1. Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

Before starting the return process, you must contact us via info@lunamedikal.com e-mail address.

2. Return Conditions
Products that meet the following conditions are accepted as returns:

The product must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition.

The product must be sent with its original box, invoice and all accessories.

If the packaging of products that cannot be resold and require hygiene and sterilization conditions (for example: sterile dental materials, surgical products) is opened, the return will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
Please inform your return request by e-mail.

You will be informed about the return process.

Send the product with its invoice via our contracted cargo company.

The product is checked after it reaches us.

Note: The shipping fee belongs to the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you encounter a damaged or manufacturing faulty product during delivery:

Have a report prepared at the time of cargo delivery.

The cargo cost of defective products is covered by our company and if you wish, a free exchange or refund is made.

5. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Used or opened sterile products

Products that have been modified

Applications that have exceeded 14 days from the delivery date

Products sent without an invoice
