Lithium Disilicate Glass Ceramic
BAOT Lithium Disilicate Glass-Ceramic is a high-tech material designed for CAD/CAM manufacturing processes, combining aesthetics and durability. Thanks to its high bending strength, it allows for the long-lasting and reliable production of full-contoured prostheses.
Scientific studies have shown that this glass-ceramic offers exceptional resistance and durability. Thanks to its different levels of transparency and natural color tones, superior aesthetic results are achieved in restorations, and perfect harmony is achieved with the natural tooth appearance.

The raw materials are processed with a special technology and a bending strength of 420 MPa ± 60 MPa is achieved. This power minimizes the wear that the prosthesis gives to natural teeth by ensuring harmony with natural teeth. At the same time, it ensures that the prosthesis offers superior performance in terms of wear resistance and durability.
Sintering Procedure:
Initial temperature: 450°C
Place the restoration in the furnace and hold for 2 minutes.
Heating rate: 30°C/minute
Heating time: Approximately 13 minutes (800 seconds)
Target temperature: Hold at 850°C for 7 minutes (420 seconds).
Cooling: Open the door and apply air cooling.
